Chapter 25



Sancho wants to talk badly to Don Quixote. He wants to go back home to his wife and kids. Don Quixote hears out what he has to say, and tries to explain to Sancho that what there doing is very important. Don Quixote tells Sancho about the knight he was trying to act like named Amadis. Amadis was the best of the best of the knights. Amadis also acted mad because Angelica (the woman he loved) loved some other man than him. Don Quixote goes on to say that he wants to send a letter to Duleinea by Sancho to see if she is in love with him, and if the answer is yes he will stop acting as a mad man. If the answer is no, he will continue to act as a mad man and let Sancho go. Don Quixote tells Sancho about this famous helmet that he descried as a barber basin so it wouldn't get taken. Don Quixote and Sancho come to a nice forest, and Don Quixote told Sancho that Duleinea is the reason for him acting like this. Later he releases his horse and is willing to give up his armor because of Duleinea. sancho tells him to stop this madness, and start to write the letter. Don Quixote has never really seen Duleinea there love is distance.

Chapter 32


In the begining of chapter 32 Don Quixote and Sancho went to the inn and they had no choice but to stay there, but ever one greeted them with joy. Don Quixote told the wife lady that he would like to have a better bed this time, and he would have to pay more this time and Don Quixote agreed. After Don Quixote Retired or went to sleep the wife of the innkeeper tried grabbing the donkey tail beard off of the barber, saying that she wanted it back.
Later on the innkeeper decides to tell Don Quixote that some people that work in the in are big fans of the popular books of the knight errantry and the innkeeper thinks that they are true because they are printed by the royal council. The innkeeper asked Don Quixote was his books of heretics or phlegmatic. The priest and the barber wanted to burn some of them because they new that the knight errantry is of old times and it is not true. Sancho over heres the priest saying that the books of the knight errantry is not true. When is heard this Sancho was very troubled! The priest finds a short story about the knight errantry called the the Man Who Couldn't Keep from Prying also called The Tale of Foolish Curiosity. They asked the priest to read it out loud.
